VOdafone

Damn screwed up by the F****** Vodafone....When i'm at Malaysia, i didn't use this line...First of all, my contract's 25 pounds for for 400 inclusive mins n 500 msgs...So, usually included VAT i just got to pay 30 pounds++...That month before i left UK, i paid 60 +pounds for that...Ya, that's ok...Maybe i used more than that...
When i'm in Msia..They charged me for 207 pounds on that months..WTF!!! I didn't use at all and they charged me this amount??? Serious mad with Vodafone....So, on september they charged me 237 plus next month...Ok, i got to pay although i dunno what happened..And before i get to pay it, they cancelled my line...In my mind, Ok...Since like this i'm not gonna pay for it....
Remember they cut my line...OK then...USually they deduct from my direct debit...And i dunno why now they do not use this move.....So, whole month i cant use that line...I cant call n msg at all...So, i changed to a temporary pay as u go....And Now they came another bill....59 pounds...What the hell is going??? They cancelled my line and now said i used up to this amount...I didn't even use this line on October....Wanna settle this, but everything must be on the phone...NEed to call them n follow instructions...It makes me really fed up for thia kind of calling....They always point their responsibility or mistakes to other peoples....such an inefficient company....Damn..

totally agree with u dear!!! i've been trying to call the NI office for the past few days,cos i need to apply for the NI number once i started working,BUT,they kept putting me on hold with the operator kept repeating the same thing!!!i wanna speak to a REAL person,not to a computer!! damn...and guess wut...i tried to call jobcentre and complain to them bout the incident,and they tell me they cant do anythin as tht's the only way to apply for the NI number!!!! f***!!!!!

Lisa, Haiks...The company here is so so lousy...Only ask us talk to computer..We cant have direct answer...Damn..
